This page is to explain how Live Chat works!
It is designed to make sure that you have access to me easily no matter where I am, with what is called a "ticket" system.
What that means is that from initiating a contact with me in the Live Chat about any business matter it will remain an ongoing dialogue until the matter is resolved.
This is a best practice support system. It also allows me to designate a matter to another staff member to resolve, but I can continue to monitor that issue until it is resolved.
Features include attaching a file or image!
Video chat will be activated on certain pages like this one (see the Call Me on the left of the screen)
Even when I am not immediately available online the process can be started with a message being left!
A complete record of the discussion including the recording of a call is available!
